Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome.

¹ Complete our Patient Registration form that includes your basic contact details and medical history. Please document your complete medical history with procedures you may have done in the past and all the medicines you are currently taking.

² Consult with Dr. Nuttamon Le Men MD, our Facial Design specialist. The doctor will give you honest advice and outline a treatment plan if skin boosters are right for you.

³ Our staff will summarize your procedure plan with pricing and appointment schedules. At this point, you can decide to accept the procedure and pay a deposit or only pay the consultation fee* for further consideration.

*Consultation Fees are 300 THB and due after consultation with the Doctor. Consultation Fees are waived with deposit payment or full payment on procedure plans.

Clear your schedule for 45 minutes – 1 hour and relax in the treatment room. If you are in a rush, we can perform skin booster injections as fast as 20 minutes with an appointment.

CLEANSING

Our therapist will clean your face with cleansing milk and remove makeup, creams, or any other possible contaminants. Next, we will perform Deep Oxygen Cleansing with specialized equipment. We want your face completely clean to the deepest pore prior to injection.

ANESTHETIC CREAM (optional)

Numbing cream can be applied to help reduce pain during injection. Numbing cream contains a medical grade anesthetic called lidocaine that activates on the face after 10-15 minutes from being applied. Once the numbing cream has taken effect, the Therapist will clean the face once more and sterilize with alcohol.

INJECTION SITE MARKING

The Doctor will mark each injection point on your face with a skin pencil. The therapist will hold a mirror for you to see all the injection points and review the plan with the doctor once again.

SKIN BOOSTER INJECTION

The Doctor will gently administer all the injections according to the procedure plan; sterilizing each point with alcohol before injection. The Therapist will use cold ice compression on each point before injection to help reduce possible pain as well. Patients have the option to hold a mirror and watch the injections or simply close their eyes and endure the procedure. Once all the injections are complete, the Therapist will compress the face with sterilized gauze and stop any minimal bleeding points.

FACIAL MASK

To finalize the procedure, our Therapist will apply a soothing facial mask for 15 minutes. Included in the price of procedure is our standard Hya Collagen Mask. For an additional fee, patients can upgrade to a 24K GOLD MASK, GREEN TEA MASK, ALOE VERA MASK, or ROSE JELLY MASK.

We want the best treatment results possible! The following instructions will help maximize your results and minimize the risk of bruising and swelling.

♦ Injection areas will likely be swollen after the procedure. Redness or bruising at the injections sites are normal side-effects. You can gently use ice compression to help reduce these side-effects.

♦ Stay hydrated and drink lots of water to help your body heal. Try to eat plenty of hydrating fruits and vegetables and try to avoid excess sodium, which may increase the risk of swelling.

♦ You do NOT have to take off work or skip school and you can return to your normal activities but make sure to relax for the rest of the day and maintain a normal heart rate.

♦ Leave your face alone and avoid touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to the injection areas for at least 24 hours.

♦ Wait at least 24 hours to exercise. Physical activity increases blood flow and this could potentially spread the filler into other areas or reduce its effectiveness. Exercising can also increase the chances of bruising.

♦ Skip makeup for the next 24 hours. Applying makeup will rub the skin, which increase the chances of spreading the skin booster, and reducing its effectiveness.

♦ Sit upright and try to sleep on your back with elevated pillows for the next 24 – 48 hours. Avoid sleeping directly on your face laying down. This will minimize the physical pressure and let the filler settle.

♦ Tell the Doctor all the medicines you take. Some medicines affect the blood and can increase the chance of bruising after treatment. The Doctor can tell you when it’s safe to start taking certain medicines again.

♦ Do NOT drink alcohol for at least 24 hours. Alcohol increases the risk of bruising.

♦ If you are having lip injections with skin booster, STOP smoking for at least 48 hours to prevent possible infection.

♦ Do NOT fly on an airplane for at least 1 week because elevated air pressure can make bruising and swelling worse.

♦ Do NOT get other skin treatments for at least 24 hours. Avoid treatments like facials, facial massages, facial exfoliating scrubs, and botox. Skin boosters needs time to settle before other treatments can be done.

♦ Avoid heat for at least 48 hours after treatment. This includes the sun, hot showers, tanning beds, hot tubs, and saunas. Excessive heat can increase blood flow and flushing to the face which can promote bruising and damage the skin booster molecules.

♦ Serious side-effects include intense bruising or swelling for more than a week. Allergic reactions to hyaluronic acid are possible so please contact us immediately if you experience these side effects.

♦ Vascular occlusion is a possible risk when injecting around an artery, which reduces or stops blood flow. Please contact us immediately if you experience immediate, severe pain and a change in skin color, which can look like white spots or blotches. Take note that pain can take a while to notice because anesthetic solution may wear off after 1 hour or so.
