How Mesotherapy Works
First we must understand three main factors that contribute to the problems of cellulite and excess fat. ¹ Fibrous Septae, is a collagen rich connective tissue that thickens and creates tension in the dermis layer of the skin. ² Excess Fats cells are then segmented by this fibrous septae forcing fat cells to push out against the ³ skin. Mesotherapy is an integrated solution of vitamins, enzymes, hormones and plant extracts specially designed to treat these three structures without surgery or high risk.
Once injected, Enzymatic Subcision Remodeling begins, this process is called ESR. The fibrous septa starts to breaks down which releases cellulite dimples. With the fibrous septae now detached, fat cells begin to reorganize and spread more evenly. The meso solution takes advantage of this reorganization and absorbs deep into fat cells, dissolving them and breaking them down from a cellular level. Mesotherapy simultaneously triggers enzymatic activity that stimulates new collagen growth. This new collagen support network will rebuild itself with thinner and smaller septae which reduces tension under the skin. All of these changes create a smoother appearance on the surface of the skin, erasing cellulite and melting fat cells.

Dr. Nuttamon Le Men MD (also known as Dr. Ann) is an alumni of Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA with a Post Graduate Diploma for Leadership in Medicine Southeast Asia Class of 2021 (HMS-LIM SEA 2021). Dr. Ann also completed her Masters of Science (MSc) in Facial Aesthetics from the University of Ulster in London, UK. Dr. Ann has been practicing Aesthetic Facial Design for 17 years in Thailand and has also attended numerous workshops and training seminars in Korea; including Tips and Techniques of Mesotherapy by Mesoestetic 2018.
When she’s not operating FRESH MEDIQ, Dr. Ann can be found loving on her cats, eating all kinds of food, watching Japanese Anime, and hanging out with her best friends from Harvard Team 6!

² Consult with Dr. Nuttamon Le Men MD, our Facial Design specialist. The doctor will give you honest advice and outline a treatment plan if mesotherapy is right for you.
³ Our staff will summarize your procedure plan with pricing and appointment schedules. At this point, you can decide to accept the procedure and pay a deposit or only pay the consultation fee* for further consideration.
*Consultation Fees are 300 THB and due after consultation with the Doctor. Consultation Fees are waived with deposit payment or full payment on procedure plans.
Step-by-Step Procedures
Clear your schedule for 30 – 45 minutes and relax in the treatment room. If you are in a rush, we can perform mesotherapy injections as fast as 10 minutes with an appointment.
CLEANSING
Our therapist will clean the areas being treated, remove any possible contaminants, and then sterilize with alcohol
ANESTHETIC CREAM (optional)
Numbing cream can be applied to help reduce pain during injection. Numbing cream contains a medical grade anesthetic called lidocaine that activates on the skin after 10-15 minutes from being applied. Once the numbing cream has taken effect, the Therapist will clean once more and sterilize with alcohol.
INJECTION SITE MARKING
The Doctor will mark each injection point with a skin pencil. The therapist will hold a mirror for you to see all the injection points and review the plan with the doctor once again.
MESOTHERAPY INJECTION
The Doctor will gently administer all the injections according to the procedure plan; sterilizing each point with alcohol before injection. The Therapist will use cold ice compression on each point before injection to help reduce possible pain as well. Patients have the option to hold a mirror and watch the injections or simply close their eyes and endure the procedure. Once all the injections are complete, the Therapist will compress the skin with sterilized gauze and stop any minimal bleeding points.
FACIAL MASK (applicable for facial injections)
To finalize the procedure, our Therapist will apply a soothing facial mask for 15 minutes. Included in the price of procedure is our standard Hya Collagen Mask. For an additional fee, patients can upgrade to a 24K GOLD MASK, GREEN TEA MASK, ALOE VERA MASK, or ROSE JELLY MASK.
After Care Instructions
We want the best treatment results possible! The following instructions will help maximize your results and minimize the risk of bruising and swelling.
♦ Recovery after Mesotherapy is immediate. You do NOT have to take off work or skip school and you can return to your normal activities.
♦ Redness, tingling, and tenderness are normal side-effects. Use cold ice compression to help reduce these side-effects.
♦ Tell the Doctor all the medicines you take. Some medicines affect the blood and can increase the chance of bruising after treatment. The Doctor can tell you when it’s safe to start taking certain medicines again.
